If you’re based in East Anglia, we can visit you to measure your bathroom. For those outside our area, simply email us your bathroom measurements, and we’ll take it from there. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your design ideas and specific criteria, ensuring that every detail is considered as we create your ideal bathroom design.
We’ll provide you with a scale floor plan along with an in-depth, cutomised quote of your new bathroom, so you can review and confirm that all your chosen items fit perfectly before making any purchases. What areas do you cover for installations?
At this time, we are only offering installation services in the East Anglia area. However, if you are located outside of this region, we would be happy to assist with the design and supply of your bathroom, though installation services would not be available.
How long will my installation take to complete?
On average, a complete bathroom suite, including plastering, tiling, electrical work, and product installation, takes around 10 working days to finish. However, the timeline may vary depending on the size of your space and whether any existing fixtures need to be removed.
Can you fit products from another supplier?
To maintain quality and consistency, we only install our own products. However, you are welcome to supply your own tiles. We just ask that you let us know if they are ceramic or porcelain, as well as your preferred layout.
What if extra work is needed once the installation is underway?
Occasionally, unforeseen issues may arise during installation, such as damaged floorboards or hidden water damage from a previous leak. If this happens, we will promptly discuss the matter with you to determine the best course of action and how you’d like to proceed.
What is the process when the installation is complete - do you take everything away?
Yes, we will remove and dispose of your old sanitaryware, as well as the packaging from the new items. While removal and installation will inevitably produce some dust and debris, our installers will ensure they clean up at the end of each day. To help minimise dust spreading to other areas of your home, we recommend sealing doors to any adjoining rooms.
